Roma reached the group stage of the new UEFA competition after beating Trabzonspor 5-1 on aggregate, cruising through the play-off phase.
The draw takes place at 13:30 in Istanbul,and can be watched online at uefa.com.
Roma, due to their historical performances in UEFA competition, are the top-ranked team in the whole competition - and will thus be included in Pot 1 for the draw.
That means they cannot face any other side from Pot 1 at this stage of the competition. They will instead be drawn against one side from each of Pots 2-4.
