At the end of the purchase process, the system will issue a booking reminder which will entitle you to receive, within 4 hours of kick-off, the parking pass for the chosen area, directly to the email address used when logging into MYASR. 

A maximum of one pass may be purchased per MYASR transaction and account.

Disabled persons with a regular permit and with a season ticket/ticket for the Tribuna Tevere Disabili (only with the tariff PERSON WITH DISABILITY NON-DISABLED PERSON + ACCOMPANION), will be able to park inside the Stadio dei Marmi. 

For all other types of disability, parking spaces are provided, subject to availability, at the Stadio dei Marmi, Viale dei Gladiatori and Viale Alberto Blanc. 

In order to gain access, it is necessary to be in possession of a season ticket/ticket and relative disabled parking pass.

In order to use the areas correctly, the staff on duty may check the actual presence of the disabled person in the parking area.

PLUS and CLASSIC EXTRA season ticket holders 2024/25 (according to the conditions of their subscription) will be able to use the resale service via the "Il Mio Posto" app.

• Enter the "Resale" section, the system will check the subscriptions associated with your account, which will then be selectable for resale of the seat.
• Once the subscription to be resold has been selected, the system will display the matches available for resale.
• Thereafter, the subscriber simply must tap on 'Put up for sale' and the seat will then be immediately available on the individual match.
  
  This choice is irrevocable for the first 24 hours. Thereafter, the subscriber can take the seat back whenever he or she wishes.
  
  
• Season ticket holders can put their seats on sale up to 48 hours before kick-off. Resale seats will be available for purchase until 24 hours before the match. All unsold seats will be automatically returned to the season ticket holder, who will then be able to use the season ticket or sell it through a change of user.

• So, what happens if the ticket is sold?
  • the subscriber receives an email notification of successful resale.

  • 5 days after the event, the subscriber will receive the credit to which he/she is entitled (60% of the resale face value of the ticket). Payment will be notified by e-mail.
  • At that point, still in the app, the subscriber will be able to consult the voucher code generated by the system and the associated credit.
  • The credit accrued from individual resales will be valid 18 months from the date of credit. Each individual amount from resold matches will expire relative to the date of crediting. 24/25 SEASON TICKET HOLDER PLUS PRESALE: reserved for Serie A Season Ticket holders with the PLUS formula subscribed for the 2024/25 season. 

From 12.00 on Tuesday 22, to 1 pm on Friday 25 October 2024. To finalize the purchase, the PNR of the PLUS Serie A 24/25 season ticket and the date of birth must be entered in the appropriate login field.

GENERAL SALE (IF ONLY): from 3pm on Friday 25, to 6pm on Tuesday 29 October 2024. 

Before proceeding with the purchase, it is mandatory to create a personal MYASR account and only one voucher can be purchased per transaction and account.

• AS Roma, considering the high volume of requests and the limited availability of tickets, warns fans that there may be slowdowns in the ticket purchase process right from the pre-emption phase. The position obtained in accessing the virtual queue service also does not give you the certainty that you can complete the transaction. We strongly discourage simultaneous queue access with multiple browsers at the same time from the same device.
• The voucher obtained at the end of the purchase process does not constitute a ticket to access the stadium.
• The ticket (access ticket for the King Baudouin stadium in Brussels) will be sent by AS Roma by 6 pm on Wednesday 6 November, to the email address entered during the purchase phase on asroma.com.
• The ticket will not show the name. The personal details of the data controller will be acquired for security purposes and transmitted to the Authorities of Italy and Belgium. It will not be possible to make changes to the name entered during the purchase phase on asroma.com. 
• During the purchase phase, in the presale phase, it will also be possible to register the ticket differently than the holder of the season ticket.
• The purchase of the ticket implies full acceptance of the Stadium regulations available on the official website of the host club, as well as compliance with the AS Roma code of conduct available here.
• To request the reservation of tickets for wheelchair users, it is necessary to send an email to dao@asroma.it no later than 6 pm on Tuesday 29 October 2024.
• Detailed information regarding the meeting point and the rules of access to the stadium will be communicated in the days before the match.
