The Roma full-back was once again recognised as the best player of the game as Italy reached the quarter-finals of Euro 2020 on Saturday night - beating Austria after extra-time.
The Azzurri will now face Belgium, in Munich, for a place in the semi-finals of the competition.
After being named Man of the Match in the tournament opener, against Turkey, he was recognised once again after a performance that saw him provide the assist for Federico Chiesa's crucial opener.
"I'm delighted with the win, I think we played like a proper team once again," Spinazzola said.
"We defended as a group when we had. After 90 minutes we told ourselves that all we needed to do was improve the quality of the final pass and the goals would come - and in the end that is what happened in extra time."
