Ticket information: Away tickets for Real Madrid

The Group G opener takes place at the Santiago Bernabeu on Wednesday 19 September, with kick-off scheduled for 21:00 local time.

Tickets for the match will be sold in three phases, depending on availability.

PHASE 1: OPEN TO FANS WITH BOTH SERIE A and UCL SEASON TICKETS
08:00 Sat 8 Sept - 19:00 Mon 10 Sept

Those fans with both season tickets for the current campaign can get their tickets from the AS Roma Store on Via del Corso - but should bring photocopies of all the required documents and proper I.D.

PHASE 2: OPEN TO FANS WITH EITHER SERIE A and UCL SEASON TICKETS
08:00 Tues 11 Sept - 19:00 Wed 12 Sept

Those fans with either season tickets for the current campaign can get their tickets from the AS Roma Store on Via del Corso - but should bring photocopies of all the required documents and proper I.D.

PHASE 3: GENERAL SALE
08:00 Thurs 13 Sept - 14:00 Mon 17 Sept

Fans must bring a valid form of I.D. for each ticket they are hoping to purchase. Tickets can only be bought from the club's Via del Corso store.

At Real Madrid's request, Roma are obliged to sell tickets in the following order:

In conjunction with Real Madrid's requests and the usual measures put in place for these games, the club notifies fans of the following:

• All tickets are assigned by name to the owner.
• Fans can purchase a maximum of four tickets.
• Tickets cannot be transferred.
• Changing the owner of the ticket is not possible after they have been issued.
