AS Roma announces that from 4:00 pm on Friday 12th May, it will be possible buy tickets valid for the Roma – Spezia match scheduled for the day 4 June 2023 at 9:00 pm

Each fan will be able to purchase up to a maximum of 4 tickets per transaction.

At the same time as the free sale, and for the entire sale period, plus season ticket holders for the 2022/23 season will be able to take advantage of a dedicated price for the purchase of extra tickets even in sectors other than their own. To exercise the presale, online only, it will be sufficient to log in by entering your PNR and date of birth. Each season ticket holder will be able to purchase a maximum of two tickets in a single transaction.

Plus season ticket holders, will be able to access the resale service from 12th May at 4:00 pm.

  • REDUCED UNDER 16 - The Reduced Under 16 rate is reserved for all those who are under 16 years of age; when purchasing, the reduction must be selected from the drop-down menu. Under 16 tickets may only be purchased together with a full-fare ticket and Under 16 tickets may only be purchased in the sectors marked with the icon

  • DISABLED 100% + ACCOMPANYING PERSON - The reduced, for disabled people in wheelchairs or 100% disabled with a companion (27€), can only be purchased by contacting the CONTACT Center AS Roma Tel. +39 06.89386000 (from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:30 pm). To qualify for the reduced fare, one must be in possession of documentation proving 100% disability and the right to be accompanied. Two tickets will be issued, one for the person with a disability and one for his/her accompanying person.
  • UNDER 14 FREE TICKETS - Complimentary tickets, subject to availability, is allowed in the Tribuna Monte Mario Centrale Nord sector. Complimentary tickets can be only requested together with a full-fare ticket.

How resale works +

Plus, season 2022/23 season ticket holders will be able to use the resale service via the "Il Mio Posto" app. 

Find out how to use the service in a few simple steps:

  • Enter the "Resale" section, the system will check the subscriptions associated with your account, which will then be selectable for resale of the seat.
  • Once the subscription to be resold has been selected, the system will display the matches available for resale.
  • Thereafter, the subscriber simply must tap on 'Put up for sale' and the seat will then be immediately available on the individual match.
  • This choice is irrevocable for the first 24 hours. Thereafter, the subscriber can take the seat back whenever he or she wishes.
  • Season ticket holders can put their seats on sale up to 48 hours before kick-off. Resale seats will be available for purchase until 24 hours before the match. All unsold seats will be automatically returned to the season ticket holder, who will then be able to use the season ticket or sell it through a change of user.
  • Please note: the limit for this season is 3 matches out of 15 available. The season ticket will not be transferable for matches against Lazio, Juventus, AC Milan and Inter.
  • So, what happens if the ticket is sold?
    • the subscriber receives an email notification of successful resale.
    • 24 hours before the resold match, the QR code of the season ticket will no longer be visible in the app but will be obscured and displayed as resold.
    • 5 days after the event, the subscriber will receive the credit to which he/she is entitled (60% of the resale face value of the ticket). Payment will be notified by e-mail.
    • At that point, still in the app, the subscriber will be able to consult the voucher code generated by the system and the associated credit.
    • The credit accrued from individual resales will be valid 18 months from the date of credit. Each individual amount from resold matches will expire relative to the date of crediting. The subscriber will be able to consult all movements associated with his voucher code directly in the app at any time.

Ticketing gift card +

All fans in possession of the ticketing gift card will be able to use the code in their possession to purchase the tickets. The card code can only be used through the official AS Roma website or by calling the Contact Center (active only for the purchase of reduced tickets for the disabled 100%). 

Find out how to use the online ticketing gift card in a few simple steps:

  • Choose the sector and select the seat at the stadium
  • After entering the personal data of the users and before going to the payment page, click on the link "do you have a promo code / gift card / voucher?" and enter your code.

  • The system will recalculate the amount to be paid based on the value of your gift card. If the same covers the full amount of the face value of the tickets, you will only have to proceed with the payment of service fees (where applicable).

  •  If you need further assistance, you can fill out the form by clicking here and indicating the email address with which you purchased the gift card and your personal data. 
How to access the stadium +

In order to speed up the procedures and facilitate checks, it is recommended to use the digital version of the ticket and to keep a valid identity document at hand.

Sales restrictions +

DISTINTI NORTH WEST (AWAY SECTOR): Tickets for this sector are dedicated exclusively to the fans of the visiting team. The sale of tickets is subject to the possession of the Spezia fidelity card.  The sale will start on Tuesday 30 May from 10:00 am and the price will be Euro 22.00 per ticket: there will be no restrictions on the sale.

The user exchange for tickets purchased at the "FULL"  rate, ”Promo Black Weekend” and for those intended for the companions of people in wheelchairs or 100% disabled is available by clicking  here. The change of user is permitted for a maximum of two times for the same fiscal seal.

The change of user for all 2022/23 season tickets, including subscriptions reserved for careers of disabled or 100% disabled people, is available in the "AS Roma - Il mio posto" app.

All children born from 1 January 2017 will be able to enter the stadium without a ticket, showing a valid document at the entrances and accompanied by an adult. Inside the stadium they will not be able to occupy seats but will necessarily have to sit on the legs of the companion. For all those born before the date, it will be necessary to purchase an access ticket.

The club strongly recommends against purchasing tickets on unofficial websites. The only official sales channel is the www.asroma.com website. You can access the stadium using an e-ticket as long as you have an identity document to accompany it.

Once the purchase is completed it is not possible to cancel the operation. However, you are able to change the name of the ticket holder as long as it is a full price ticket and there are no restrictions imposed by the authorities. How can I select a reduced-price ticket on the website? +

When making the purchase on the registration page click on ‘FULL’ from the dropdown menu and select the reduced rate.

I purchased a ticket on the website but didn’t apply the reduction and paid for a full price ticket. What can I do? +

Once the purchase has been completed it can no longer be cancelled. The reduction is not applied automatically but must be selected manually on the registration page by clicking on ‘FULL’ next to ‘price’ from the dropdown menu where you can select the reduced rate.

The 2022-23 season ticket permits the holder to attend all AS Roma home matches.

A season ticket which includes cup matches covers three Europa League group matches and one match in the round of sixteen in the Coppa Italia.

What is the difference between Classic and Plus season tickets? +

Both season tickets allow you to take up your seat for non-Serie A matches. In addition the Plus grants you access to the pre-sale for tickets to matches in which the club may participate. Another advantage of the Plus is that you have the option of selling on your ticket for matches that you are unable to attend through AS Roma’s official channels.

If I have a Season Ticket Plus how can I sell on my match ticket? +

You can choose to sell your ticket via official AS Roma channels by visiting the Il Mio Posto (My Seat) app and selecting the relevant match. If sold at general sale prices, 60% of the amount will be credited to your account in the form of a voucher which can be spent on match tickets for a period of 18 months.

Will I receive a paper season ticket? +

Season tickets for the 2022-23 season are available only digitally and can be activated on the dedicated Il Mio Posto app.

Can I pass on my season ticket on to someone else? +

You can pass on your season ticket to someone else a maximum of three times over the course of the season through the Il Mio Posto app, provided that you are on a full-price season ticket or that the person also meets the requirements of your discounted rate.

You can download the Il Mio Posto app on another smartphone and access your season ticket by entering your date of birth and PNR.

Yes. The disabled parking area is located at the Stadio dei Marmi (next to the Tribuna Tevere). It is subject to availability. You must be in possession of a disabled match ticket and blue badge for disabled parking to access them.
