Refunds will only be issued if the holder tests positive for COVID-19.
Children born after 1 January 2018 do not need a ticket. They will be able to enter if they have an identity document and they must sit on the lap or be held by an accompanying guardian; they will have no seat to themselves.

Once the purchase is completed it is not possible to cancel the operation. However, you are able to change the name of the ticket holder as long as it is a full price ticket and there are no restrictions imposed by the authorities. When making the purchase on the registration page click on ‘FULL’ from the dropdown menu and select the reduced rate.
Once the purchase has been completed it can no longer be cancelled. The reduction is not applied automatically but must be selected manually on the registration page by clicking on ‘FULL’ next to ‘price’ from the dropdown menu where you can select the reduced rate.

You can make a purchase with Visa, Mastercard, or Amex credit or debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, or Klarna, which allows users to pay in three interest-free instalments.
The 2022-23 season ticket permits the holder to attend all AS Roma home matches.
A season ticket which includes cup matches covers three Europa League group matches and one match in the round of sixteen in the Coppa Italia.
Both season tickets allow you to take up your seat for non-Serie A matches. In addition the Plus grants you access to the pre-sale for tickets to matches in which the club may participate. Another advantage of the Plus is that you have the option of selling on your ticket for matches that you are unable to attend through AS Roma’s official channels.
You can choose to sell your ticket via official AS Roma channels by visiting the Il Mio Posto (My Seat) app and selecting the relevant match. If sold at general sale prices, 60% of the amount will be credited to your account in the form of a voucher which can be spent on match tickets for a period of 18 months.
Season tickets for the 2022-23 season are available only digitally and can be activated on the dedicated Il Mio Posto app.
You can pass on your season ticket to someone else a maximum of three times over the course of the season through the Il Mio Posto app, provided that you are on a full-price season ticket or that the person also meets the requirements of your discounted rate.
You can download the Il Mio Posto app on another smartphone and access your season ticket by entering your date of birth and PNR.

You can pass on your season ticket to someone else up to three times over the course of the season (excluding big matches). Furthermore, Season Ticket Plus holders can re-sell their tickets via the Il Mio Posto app.
Yes. The disabled parking area is located at the Stadio dei Marmi (next to the Tribuna Tevere). It is subject to availability. You must be in possession of a disabled match ticket and blue badge for disabled parking to access them.

You need to have an AS Roma Card where required to be able to purchase tickets for away matches.

You can request for the card to be added to the national register by heading to https://sport.ticketone.it/post-order and selecting ‘Card Authorisation’.
Children under 14 years are not required to have a fan card, as stipulated by the Ministry of the Interior in DL no.39/2015 (from DL no.119/2014).
