How does it work?
1Download or update the 'AS Roma – Il mio posto' App
Click the buttons above to download or update the APP or search for 'AS Roma – il mio posto' in the App Store or Google Play.
2Access the APP through 'MY ASR'.
The first time you launch the app, enter your MyASR account.
If you don't have your account yet, registering is very easy Get your myASR account, register here!
3Activate your Digital Season Ticket
Once you are logged into the app, visit the “season ticket” section and enter the Season Ticket ID and your date of birth. The Season Ticket ID is the six-character code in the confirmation email we sent when you purchased your season ticket.
4Enter the stadium with your smartphone
On matchday, all you need to do is open the app and click «Season Ticket» from the menu at the bottom. Then just hold the QR code close to the reader at the turnstiles to enter the stadium!
But that's not all!
Manage and resell your seat for all matches
Only with the Digital Plus subscription on the App, you can resell your seat for all matches on the official AS Roma website.
Access the appropriate section and manage your subscription independently.
User Change for 3 matches excluding big matches
With the digital subscription on the App, you can send someone else to the stadium for you.
Access the "change user" section and transfer your subscription in total autonomy.
For the same match the user change will be allowed for a maximum of two times on the same PNR
Upgrade your seat
In your season ticket you can change your seat within the same sector from 5 p.m. on 8 June to 3 p.m. on 9 June.
Choose a seat from those available directly from your smartphone.
