The game gets underway at 20:35 CEST (19:35 local time), with both sides looking to progress to the final of 'Phase 1' of the competition.
The winning side from Thursday night will face Servette or Paris FC in a final on Sunday, with the winner of that match moving on to the next round of the competition.
All four matches in the mini-pool (there is also a third/fourth play-off) will be held in Scotland.

With qualification matches also taken into account, Roma will be the seventh Italian side to participate in the competition since 2014-15.
The other domestic sides to have played in the competition in that period are AGSM Verona, Torres, Brescia, Fiorentina, Juventus and AC Milan.
The match will be a meeting between two runners-up in their respective leagues: Glasgow City finished last season's Scottish Premier League with 70 points, finishing behind champions Rangers. Roma, meanwhile, finished second to Juventus.
Roma come into this away match unbeaten in their last 11 games on their travels - with 10 wins and one draw in that span. The Giallorosse have also kept five clean sheets in that span.
Roma have scored in 18 of their last 19 away matches in all competitions, with the only exception coming against Inter Milan back in October 2021.
Among Italian sides, only Juventus (57) and Milan (42) scored more goals in away games in all competitions than Roma (36) managed.
Last season Glasgow City made it through this phase of the Champions League: beating Birkirkara and Kazygurt to progress.
However, they then went out of the competition at the hands of Servette in a two-legged affair.
