AS Roma Women 1-1 Wolfsburg: Spoils shared in entertaining contest!

Valentina Giacinti opened the scoring within three minutes, when her low-driven shot found its way into the corner of the net. Wolfsburg replied later in the half, as the impressive Ewa Pajor proved too strong for the Roma defense with a deadly finish.

The second half was fiercely contested, with neither side wanting to surrender any points. The best chance fell to Manuela Guigliano, but her long-range effort was matched by the outstretched hand of the Wolfsburg goalkeeper.

Roma now find themselves unbeaten in the group stage after three games, joint top with Wolfsburg on seven points.
