Roma's Primavera side will play for the national title next week, after beating Juventus 2-0 on Friday night.
Alberto De Rossi's side, the top seeds in the play-off phase after topping the league standings, won comfortably against the Bianconeri thanks to goals from captain Filippo Tripi and Javier Vicario.
They will face the winners of the other semi-final, between Inter Milan and Cagliari, in Tuesday's game to decide the national champions.
