AS Roma celebrates Easter by supporting vulnerable families assisted by Caritas and juvenile inmates

Thanks to the help of the club’s official licensee ICAM, AS Roma has chosen to deliver its official Easter eggs to two places in the capital where a normal festive family atmosphere will be missing the most.

With the AS Roma mascots Romolo and Romina in action as special couriers, the club first visited the Juvenile Correctional Facility in Casal del Marmo to meet young inmates and hand out AS Roma Easter eggs. After that, the AS Roma delegation visited the Emporio della Solidarieta facility, managed by the Caritas network in Rome at the “Santa Giacinta” hospitality house, where many financially vulnerable families can collect free groceries and household products to help them through a period of hardship. They too received AS Roma’s Easter eggs, as a way to celebrate the holidays like everyone else and enjoy a special kind of Easter.
