Ticket Information: Procedure for Coppa Italia meeting with Lecce

Here are the details for fans wanting to attend Thursday's game against Lecce, with attendance at the Stadio Olimpico limited to 5,000 fans

In light of the recent government decree to temporarily reduce the maximum capacity in stadiums to 5,000 spectators, a decision which continues to affect this Thursday's Coppa Italia meeting with Lecce, the club will once again tackle the issue by giving priority to current 2021-22 season ticket holders.

Want to request a ticket for Roma v. Lecce? Here's what you need to do...

Starting from 16:00 CET on Monday 17 January and ending 24 hours later, season ticket holders will be able to enter themselves in the ballot for tickets for the game. The process is simple: all the individual needs to do is submit their PNR code at the dedicated page set up for the occasion.

It will be possible to submit up to a maximum of four PNR codes at this stage - ensuring (if successful in the ballot) that relatives and/or season ticket holding friends can continue to attend the game together.

I entered the ballot for the game against Cagliari, but I did not win - can I still participate in the ballot for this game?

Yes, only those who won the draw for tickets for the game against Cagliari are not permitted to enter the draw once again this time around.

What happens if you win the ballot?

The lucky winners will be chosen on Tuesday, with tickets for the game sent out by 18:00 CET on Wednesday evening. The tickets will be sent via email.

As was the case for the Cagliari game, lucky ballot winners for this match will not be permitted to register for future match ballots. This game will be considered among the 'included games' for season ticket holders, however, meaning fans who have missed out on both the Cagliari and Lecce match ballots will have the same rights to compensation as before.

For logistical reasons, all tickets for the game will be in the Tribuna Tevere stand. Season ticket holders from other parts of the stadium will not be able to keep their usual spot.

What happens if I lose in the ballot, or don't enter in the first place?

The club has decided to view this game as a 'present' for its season ticket holders, with entry allowed at no additional cost beyond their season ticket (which would not ordinarily include this cup game).

Therefore, whether or not fans win this ballot - or even enter it - the four possible alternative compensation options for season ticket holders who missed out on the Cagliari game remain the same:

    1. Keep your season ticket spot for the last-16 of the Europa Conference League, with the home leg added to your season ticket at no extra cost.

    2. The value of a single game on the season ticket will be donated to Roma Cares and its 'Calcio con il Cuore' ('Football from the Heart') project.

    3. Receive a voucher for the value of a single game as part of the season ticket.

    4. Receive a monetary refund to the value of a single match as part of the season ticket.

The club would like to inform fans that the compensation scheme will remain open for 10 days, after which any fans who have not made a selection will see the value of an individual match automatically donated to Roma Cares and its projects.
