Ticket Information: A full update for fans about Juventus game

All the information you need about the situation for the first home game of 2022, in light of recent changes to the rules and regulations in Italy...

In informing you of the decisions regarding access to the stadium, starting with Roma v. Juventus on 9 January at 18:30 CET, the club would first of all like to thank the fans for their incredible shows of support over recent months: since the start of the season the Stadio Olimpico has been filled with the noise and colours of the Giallorossi faithful.

And that will continue to be the case, even as we hope to once again be able to welcome more fans to the stadium as soon as possible.

For now, unfortunately, as a result of the provisions of the Decree-Law of 30 December 2021 for the containment of the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, the capacity of all stadiums in Italy has been reduced by 50%.

HERE IS WHAT THAT MEANS FOR TICKET HOLDERS

    SEASON TICKET HOLDERS 2021-22

The Club is acutely aware that, beyond the saving made in comparison with the purchase of individual match ticket, purchasing a season ticket is an act that strengthens and deepens the bond with the club and its colours.

For this reason, despite the reduction in capacity due to the Covid-19 emergency, we want all season ticket holders to be able to continue with us at the Stadio Olimpico to support their team; even if it will be, hopefully for the shortest possible time, in another sector.

Affected season ticket holders in the Curva Sud Centrale, Curva Sud Laterale and Distinti Sud sectors – stadium sections which would otherwise be over 50% capacity - will be reallocated to other sectors.

From 16:00 CET on Tuesday 4 January until 15:00 CET on 5 January, season ticket holders subject to relocation may:

    1. Move for free to the Curva Nord or Distinti Nord sectors.

    2. Alternatively, it will be possible to purchase a ticket for other sectors of the stadium at a dedicated price (Tribuna Tevere €20, Tribuna Monte Mario €30).

If the season ticket holder does not make a choice, for whatever reason, then a seat in the Curva Nord or Distinti Nord Est sectors will be automatically assigned by the club and the ticket holder will be sent an email with which to access the stadium.

In the spirit of total transparency, in order to determine the season tickets that unfortunately are being required to move, the timing of the original purchase was used as the deciding factor. Therefore, we have decided to move all season tickets purchased after the 50% capacity threshold was reached in each affected section of the ground.

Changing your seat could not be more straightforward

Simply go to asroma.com during the timeframe listed above and access the ticketing section - to exercise your choice online you only need to log in by entering the PNR of your season ticket and your date of birth.

Each subscriber can only purchase one ticket per transaction. You will receive a PDF file which you must take with you to go to the stadium.

The "My Seat" app will no longer be valid for entering the stadium. You will have to go with the new ticket that has been sent to you.

The procedure described above will be applied for all matches with 50% capacity. We will inform you of the time window of choice for each individual match going forward.

If and when the law allows a return to 75% of capacity, your seat will go back to the one indicated in the "My Seat" app and you will keep your automatic right to secure the seat once again for the following seasons.
