International: Pirone on the scoresheet again!

Pirone, fresh off scoring her first goal for her country late last week, this time started the game alongside club teammate Elena Linari - and rewarded coach Milena Bertolini with the second goal of the contest as the Azzurre romped to another valuable victory.

Angelica Soffia and Benedetta Glionna both also made second half appearances in the game.

The result leaves Italy top of Group G in World Cup qualifying alongside Switzerland, with a big clash in store between the two sides to decide who will edge out in front.

That game is set for November 26 in Palermo.
