Juventus 3-1 Roma: Cup campaign ends in Turin

Roma went out of the Coppa Italia on Wednesday evening, following a 3-1 defeat against Juventus in their quarter-final tie.

Having fallen 3-0 behind before half-time at the Juventus Stadium, Cengiz Under's brutal strike shortly after the restart was not enough to spark a remarkable comeback from the Giallorossi.

Cristiano Ronaldo, Rodrigo Bentancur and Leonardo Bonucci scored the goals for the hosts, who will now face either AC Milan or Torino in the semi-finals.

The Giallorossi are back in Serie A action on Sunday, as they host Lazio in the Derby della Capitale.
