AS Roma x Bands FC collaborate to launch The Xmas Project

Starting on December 2 and running for 11 days, Bands FC will release a different music-inspired Roma t-shirt, hoodie and sweatshirt each day.

Fans and followers will be able to buy each of the designs online as soon as they are released and, most importantly, 100% of the proceeds from each purchase will be donated directly to an individual charity.

Whether you’re buying one for yourself, aim to collect all 11 or intend to buy them as Christmas presents for friends and family, the money you spend will go towards making a real difference to someone’s life.

“We’re big fans of Bands FC and jumped at the chance to collaborate with them on the Xmas Project,” explained Paul Rogers, chief strategy officer at AS Roma. “Bands FC have created 11 great music-inspired Roma designs and together we’ve picked out 11 fantastic charities making a real difference in Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States and Kenya.

"Christmas is a time for giving and we have a great opportunity to do something cool and use our combined social media followings for social good. With the help of fans, we can raise some money for some people less fortunate than ourselves.”

Bands FC co-founder Nick Fraser added: “We first got in contact with the club after they shared a Roma-inspired crest we’d made for the band Wolf Alice and we’ve talked about wanting to do something together ever since then. Roma’s English Twitter account aways releases amazing music playlists with cool artwork so it’s a very natural collaboration. The idea behind the Xmas Project is simple – let’s sell some really cool music-inspired Roma t-shirts and hoodies and give all the proceeds away to causes that our close to our hearts.”
