Taccola, a prolific striker, sadly passed away when he was just 24 years old - a promising Roma career cut short before it had really had the chance to get going.
Last year, Taccola became the latest player to be inducted into the club's Hall of Fame.
During Saturday's game, the players will wear a special patch on the left shoulder of their kit, with the word 'Giuliano' written in a simple font.

"Giuliano Taccola's story is perhaps the most tragic of any player to have represented Roma, and for that his name is etched in the memory of every fan," said club vice-president Mauro Baldissoni.
"To have the chance to bring his name out onto the pitch with us, on what will be the 50th anniversary of his death, is something we are proud to take advantage of - especially after he entered our Hall of Fame. We know he means a lot to our fans."
Coach Claudio Ranieri, who was coming through the youth system in Rome around the same time Taccola was a first-team player at the Giallorossi, also paid tribute to the striker on Thursday.
"I remember him very well," he said. "Giuliano's memory has always been in my heart."
