    ZAN CELAR

The prime goalscorer in the Primavera, Slovenian striker Celar has started the season in absolutely lethal form - scoring back-to-back hat-tricks amid a five-game run that saw him notch 12 goals. Too old, unfortunately, to participate in this season's UEFA Youth League, the time is fast approaching where he will have to make his first steps in senior football. HEDEN CORRADO

Just 16 years old, centre-back Heden Corrado has nevertheless managed to regularly force her way into Betty Bavagnoli's starting line-up this season - taking advantage of her chance to impress in seven appearances, even against some of the best sides in the league. The return to full fitness of some more experienced squad members may limit her chances a bit more in the second half of this season - but the Italy Under-17 international has clearly marked herself as a bright talent for the future.

    GIADA GREGGI

The 18-year-old - Rome-born and Roma-raised - has been a regular starter (11 appearances in 13 games) under coach Bavagnoli in this, the first season for AS Roma Women in Serie A. Young in years and small of stature, Greggi has nevertheless made her presence known out on the pitch - impressing time and time again with her workrate, her technical quality in close quarters and her eye for a decisive pass (providing three assists, and one goal). A regular presence at youth level, a full Italy call-up may not be far away...

    ALESSIO RICCARDI

This season has seen the 17-year-old Riccardi start to deliver on the promise many have always ascribed for him - the step up to Primavera football has not fazed him, while he has already been named by first-team boss Eusebio Di Francesco in a number of senior matchday squads. A first appearance for the senior side may not be far away - in the meantime, there is the memory of the midfielder's two-goal display away to Viktoria Plzen (which secured the side's place in the next round of the competition, and made it five goals in six appearances in the competition for him) to whet the appetite for Roma fans...
