“We're trying to stay positive and we'll begin to prepare for the next game," said the keeper after the trip to Turin. "That's the only thing we can do, we have to give 100% during the week to win on Saturday."
Roma lost 1-0 against Allegri's side on Sunday evening, after the previous week's draw at home to Verona which saw the start of Luciano Spalletti's second spell in charge.
“It was a very tough game," revealed Szczesny to Roma TV. “We were prepared with a new formation and I think it worked for us for a long while. It's difficult to accept losing a big game, it's always a very bad feeling."
Do you feel more secure behind the back three?
“I enjoyed the new formation, I feel more protected at the back and the players we have suit the new system very well. It's something that can work for us in the future but obviously we have to improve and work on it so we are ready for Saturday."
How did training during the week go with Luciano Spalletti?
"I think the coach has done a fantastic job in the two weeks he's been here. He works very hard with us but obviously when you set up a new style of play, it takes time for the players to adjust."
