Kostas Manolas has called on Roma to win all six remaining league games after Bologna frustrated the home side by holding them to a 1-1 draw on Monday evening.
“It's more difficult [to finish second] now but we still have six games left to play and we mustn't let up,” the Greek defender said after bullishly Monday's game at the Olimpico.
“We have to keep doing what we're doing, trying to win every game and hope that Napoli drop points. It's not only down to us.”
Manolas, who has only missed one league game through suspension this season, feels Roma did little wrong in the first half and were unfortunate to find themselves trailing at the break.
“If we'd been able to take one of the many chances we had in the first half it would have changed everything. A goal was all we were lacking.
“We conceded from what was a half-chance for Bologna but that's football for you. Sometimes you play well but don't win. We were unlucky.”
