Totti was presented his award by UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin, in recognition of the loyalty and quality the Italian showed during his 25-year career with the Giallorossi.
"Thank you to the president, I am honoured - for me it's an important award," Totti said as he received his award. "It is the first one that UEFA have given me.
"I am proud to get this: above everything I have done in the 25 years of my career my dream was to wear the same colours the whole time - and I managed to realise this dream."
The 40-year-old then helped conduct the draw, which saw Roma placed alongside Chelsea, Atletico Madrid and Qarabag in Group C.

As his first official engagement as a club director came to an end, Totti discussed how his new role might evolve in the coming weeks and months.
"It's a new job and a new role," he said. "Luckily I know the dressing room, all the players and the group around the squad.
"I will make myself available in all directions, from the Primavera to the best players in the team, helping them with anything at any time. Whatever they want to know, I will help on and off the field."
