The result in Seville means the Giallorossi remain in control of their Europa League destiny; two wins from their final two group games will send them into the knockout stages of the competition.
Here is what the striker had to say after notching the second half equaliser...
You seem to be getting sharper with each game...
“I knew that I would need to work hard, that it would take time, because that's how fitness is. I always did the extra work I could to get back in top shape. Now I feel good and hopefully the results will come."
How did you think it went up front with Tammy Abraham tonight?
“In the first half we could have done some things better, it wasn't great from us. In the second half we had a different attitude and we created a few different openings - and I got a goal. But there's still things to work on. When the coach plays us together we need to make sure we are ready."
Are you confident you will get through the group now?
"We need to take confidence from this performance - especially how we did in the second half. We controlled the game and looked comfortable and composed in possession. Now we want to go out there and win the next two games in this competition."
