Women: Primavera clinch third straight national title

Fabio Melillo's side defended the crown they won in both 2020 and 2021 with yet another victory over Juventus on Sunday evening, running out 2-0 winners thanks to goals from Mina Bergersen and Eleonora Pacioni.

Even a second half sending off for Marika Massimino could not derail the Giallorosse Under-19s, who finished the game strongly to retain their title.

The group had previously beaten AC Milan in the semi-finals, after topping the standings in the league phase of this season's competition.
