Roma are Europa Conference League champions after beating Feyenoord 1-0 in the final in Tirana.

The Giallorossi players were welcomed to the pitch by their vocal travelling support, with a dramatic tifo draping the corner of the stadium housing the Roma fans.

On hand in Tirana to also lend their backing were a number of former Roma players, too, with Francesco Totti and Aldair chief among them.

Once the action got underway, Jose Mourinho's side suffered an early setback as Henrikh Mkhitaryan left the field through injury, but they were soon given something to cheer as Nicolo Zaniolo put his side ahead on 32 minutes.

The score would remain that way, with the final whistle bringing with it jubilant Roma celebrations both on and off the pitch.
