Roma Women Primavera became national champions for the second time on Saturday, as they beat Juventus in a dramatic final.

Fabio Melillo's side won 1-0 with almost the last kick of the game, as Giada Tarantino steered home a close-range winner.

The result clinched the Scudetto for the side for the second time in 12 months - and against the same opposition too.
