Cafu named in football's all-time greatest XI

The prestigious magazine asked 140 to help compile the game's greatest-ever side - with Cafu winning out in the battle for the right-back position.

The Brazil international is a Roma icon, having won the Scudetto with the club during his time in Giallorosso between 1997 and 2003.

In 2002, he captained his country to World Cup glory - having also been a part of the side that won the tournament in 1994 and reached the final in 1998.

Pele, Diego Maradona, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi were among the other names selected for the team.
