Di Bartolomei, Rome born and bred, made 310 appearances for the Giallorossi during a career that spanned 12 years.
He lifted the Serie A title in 1983 and won the Coppa Italia on three separate occasions.
He passed away in 1994.
Di Bartolomei was subsequently voted into the club's Hall of Fame - and remains a hugely admired figure among supporters.
