Moments after the visitors had broken the deadlock at Stadio Tre Fontane, Serturini lashed home an equaliser - following in the rebound after her penalty was saved - to leave the tie evenly poised heading into the second leg.
That game will take place on Wednesday 17 April in Florence.

An even game saw chances for both sides, although the draw was surely the least Betty Bavagnoli's side deserved from a battling performance against the Serie A title contenders.
Goalkeeper Rosalia Pipitone made a number of important saves in a nervy opening period for the Giallorosse - but after that the better of the chances seemed to fall to the hosts, with Serturini denied from close range and Flaminia Simonetti hitting the post.
In the end, however, all the action came late in the second half. Forward Ilaria Mauro broke the deadlock for Fiorentina on the counter-attack with 10 minutes remaining, a moment that felt like it could prove decisive.
Except Roma were not finished: Vanessa Bernauer was tripped in the box moments after Mauro's goal and, despite seeing her initial effort saved, Serturini made no mistake from the rebound.
“We could have done more but I want to congratulate the girls – they believed until the end and in the end got the draw,” Bavagnoli said.
“Most of Fiorentina’s chances we seemed to gift them. But we fought back. We shouldn’t forget we are facing one of the strongest sides in the league. So the girls did well to fight until the end.”
