Stat Attack: 10 facts to know before we face Torino

Ahead of Saturday's return to Serie A action - we look at some of the key statistics from past meetings between Roma and Torino.

The match at the Stadio Olimpico gets underway at 15:00 local time.

    Roma ahead on the scorecards

Of the 87 meetings between these two clubs in the top flight in the Italian capital, Roma have won 53. With 18 draws, the Giallorossi have lost just 16 times against the Granata.

    Last four, no goals conceded

Roma have won all of their last four meetings against Torino - and the last three without even conceding a goal.

    Last time at the Olimpico

The last time these two sides met in Rome was on March 9 last year - the Giallorossi won 3-0 thanks to goals from Kostas Manolas, Daniele De Rossi and Lorenzo Pellegrini.

    The last Torino victory...

Roma have won their last eight home games against Torino - scoring at least twice in every single one of them. The last Torino win here came back in May 2007 - with Roberto Muzzi scoring the goal.

    Roma on fire at home

Roma have scored two goals or more in eight of their nine home games so far this season in Serie A - the only exception being the 2-0 defeat against SPAL in October.

    Manolas against Torino

Torino are the only Serie A side against whom Kostas Manolas has scored more than once - the Greek centre-back has two goals to his name against them, the most recent coming in the last meeting back in March.

    Toro travel with intent

This season Walter Mazzarri's side are actually still to be beaten on their travels: drawing eight and winning two of their 10 games so far. They have scored 12 goals in that span, conceding eight.

    Granata dangerous from distance

Il Torino have scored four of their last eight goals in the league from outside the area (50%) - only Napoli have scored more from outside the box this season than them (10 to eight).

    Focus on Belotti

Five of the seven goals Andrea Belotti has scored this season in Serie A have come away from home...

For De Rossi and Conti some nice Torino memories

For both the icons of Roma football, games against Torino hold a special place. Bruno Conti made his official debut for the club against Torino in February 1974... while Daniele De Rossi scored his first-ever goal for the club against Il Toro in May 2003.
