Diego Perotti and Davide Santon popped in to see children at the paediatric ward in Rome's IRCCS San Raffaele Pisana institute on Thursday.
The event was organised as part of the Toys Day initiative run by the Roma Cares foundation.
The two players were taken on a tour of the hospital's early childhood development centre – one of the most innovative in Rome – before the young patients were given toys and small gifts.
