AS Roma is delighted to announce that Bruno Conti has extended his contract until 30 June 2019 and will take up a new position as technical coordinator of young player identification and development
Conti holds legendary status at the club, having played for Roma between 1973 and 1991, during which time he spent the 1975-76 and 1978-79 seasons on loan at Genoa.
A key figure in the Giallorossi’s title-winning 1982-83 campaign and a member of the AS Roma Hall of Fame, Conti scored 47 goals in 402 appearances for Roma, winning four Coppa Italias as well as the Scudetto crown. He also helped Italy to World Cup glory in 1982.
