Four current Roma players have been named among the 100 most valuable under-21 footballers in the world, in a survey conducted by the CIES Football Observatory.
CIES, which uses modelling and statistics to evaluate the modern football transfer market, on Monday released a new report - based on its algorithm - of the current players 21 years old or younger "with the highest estimated transfer values" as of 1 December 2017.
According to the report, midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini (21 years old) is currently the 14th most valuable young player in world football, while forwards Patrik Schick (21) and Cengiz Under (20) sit inside the top 50.
Midfielder Gerson (20) also makes the top 100.
Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe tops the list. The France international left AS Monaco in the summer for a fee in the region of £166m.
Tottenham's Dele Alli, Manchester City's Leroy Sane and Barcelona's Ousmane Dembele complete the top four.
