car2go become Roma's official Mobility Sharing Partner

AS Roma are pleased to welcome car2go as the club’s new official Mobility Sharing Partner.

The partnership, the latest in a series of mobility initiatives launched by the club in recent weeks, will enable Giallorossi fans to get to and from the Stadio Olimpico on a matchday with maxium ease, while also adding another day-to-day transport option for those in the city.

car2go users can hire vehicles on a short-term basis, picking them up in one area and dropping them back off at the same spot later on or at another designated collection point. The service is charged based on either the time used or distance travelled – allowing users flexibility and sustainability with their movement around the city.

Roma fans can sign up for car2go for free and receive €5 of driving time simply by entering a promo code when they register online at www.car2go.com. In addition, every time a fan arrives at the Olimpico to watch a Roma match using the city’s fleet of 600 car2go Smart Cars, they will receive an additional 10 minutes of free driving time.

All car2go vehicles can be parked in blue parking bays in Rome at no cost. On matchday, fans can also drop off their car2go vehicle at the Faravelli car park near the stadium at no extra charge.

All car2go users will also be entitled to a 10% discount on AS Roma merchandise at the club’s official stores on Via del Corso, at Piazza Colonna and Roma Est.

In order to redeem the discount, simply show your ID card to a member of staff at one of the stores, and log into your car2go profile on your smartphone app.
