Mijatovic joins the Giallorosse!

Mijatovic, 30, joins the club on a contract that runs until 30 June 2022.

She will wear the No. 8 shirt for Alessandro Spugna's side.

"I cannot wait to get started and to help the team in its upcoming matches."

Mijatovic, a regular for the Serbian national team, joins the club from Swedish side BK Hacken - while she has previously represented the likes of Red Star Belgrade and Australian side Melbourne City in her career to date.

Comfortable playing both in midfield and further forward, Mijatovic will add to a squad that is currently in the midst of an eight-match winning streak in the league.

"We are delighted to be able to add Milica to our team because, beyond having strong leadership qualities, she is a central midfielder with a lot of experience, technical ability and can read the game well," said Betty Bavagnoli, the club's Head of Women's Football.

"We have been keeping tabs on her for a while now and we are certain that she will be able to help us a lot over the second half of this season."
