PRIVACY NOTICE

Art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 General Data Protection Regulation

Upon subscribing to the Newsletter of AS Roma, AS Roma S.p.A., with registered offices in Rome (Italy), at P.le Dino Viola No. 1, (“AS Roma”) and Soccer S.a.s. di Brand Management S.r.l. with registered offices in Rome (Italy), at Via Emilia 47 (“Soccer”), as Data Controllers, will use the data you are providing us:

1. to allow you to subscribe to the AS Roma Newsletter.

Additionally, if you give your consent, AS Roma, Soccer and Stadio TdV S.p.A., with registered office in Milan (Italy), at Via Montenapoleone, 29, (“Stadio TdV”) (jointly the “Companies”), as Data Controllers, will process your data in order to:

1. analyse data relating to your possible purchases, your participation in our initiatives and competitions, and your online browsing, in order to learn your preferences and your tastes and to improve the promotional offer and the Companies’ products and services.
2. send you advertising and promotional material, also customised according to your preferences, and to update you, (through newsletters, e-mails, phone calls, instant messaging, posts, messages or communications of initiatives on social networks and apps, etc.), with regard to products, services or initiatives (e.g. promotions, competitions, games, activities and events), which the Companies and their business Partners reserve to members, and for the purposes of carrying out market research.

Data processing will be performed for the entire duration of your subscription to the AS Roma Newsletter and will be based on your specific consent, which can be withdrawn at any time, in relation to each of the said Data Controllers (by simply using the link in all our Newsletters).

The details of any  of the purchases of our products or services you make will be stored for a maximum of 12 months, in order to analyse your preferences and tastes, or 24 months, in order to contact you with promotional initiatives.

Please note that by writing to each of the Data Controllers at privacy@asroma.it, you will always be able to access your data, update it, delete it, withdraw or change your consent, or request to receive your data or transmit it to another data controller, in a structured format that is commonly used and can be read by an automatic device. You can contact our Data Protection Officer by writing to the e-mail address dpo@asroma.it. You can also always oppose the processing of your data, in particular, for marketing purposes or analysis of your preferences. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority ( www.garanteprivacy.it) or, if different, to the Data Protection Authority of the EU Country of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
