AS Roma take on Secondary Ticketing with the creation of a reporting form

The consistently sold out Stadio Olimpico and Roma’s progress in the Europa League meant that last season fans often found themselves impacted by Secondary Ticketing. This is the umbrella term used to describe all practices of the unauthorised reselling of tickets.

Although the club always recommend their supporters to avoid using unofficial sales channels, these illegal behaviours reached a climax for the Europa League final, with ticket prices skyrocketing.

AS Roma say enough is enough

From today, fans will be able to report illegal behaviour of websites that violate our ticket office’s terms and conditions of purchase. 

To send a report, simply log into My ASR and fill out the form with all details which may be helpful with further investigation.
