All seats in the home section of the ground are now accounted for, ahead of the visit of the Premier League side for the second leg of the semi-final tie.
The game in Rome takes place on May 5, with kick-off at 21:00 CEST.
Following the pre-sale to season ticket holders, remaining tickets sold out just hours after going on general sale to the public on Wednesday afternoon.
Almost 62,000 were in attendance at the Olimpico for the quarter-final victory over Bodo/Glimt, with a greater attendance possible for the semi-final depending on the number of Leicester fans in the away section.
Despite the high demand, fans unfortunate enough to have missed out on tickets are advised not to attempt to purchase them via resellers or third-party sites.
Forza Roma!
