Andressa, a Roma Women player since 2019, passed the milestone during the recent Olympic Games.
On Friday her achievement was formally recognised by the national team, as she was presented with a special shirt and plaque to mark the milestone.
"I'm very pleased to reach this landmark," Andressa said.
"To play 100 games for my country is a very special feeling."
Andressa made her debut for the national team in 2012, and has gone on to score 23 times for her country in all competitions.
She has represented Brazil at five international tournaments: two World Cups, two Olympic Games and a Pan-American Games.
The Selecao have two friendlies against Australia in the coming days.
Congratulations, Andressa!
