International: 11 players in action over the next week

Two of those are in action for Italy, as they face important qualifiers against Switzerland and the Republic of Ireland. Bryan Cristante and Gianluca Mancini will both be hoping to play their part in order to ensure the European champions get the results they need to improve their automatic qualification chances for Qatar 2022.

Rui Patricio (Portugal) and Henrikh Mkhitaryan (Armenia) have both also been called up by their respective nations, with their first games taking place on Wednesday evening. Both players will then be in action again on Saturday in second qualifiers.

On Thursday, meanwhile, it will be the turn of Tammy Abraham (England) and Marash Kumbulla (Albania), who could end up going up against each other as their respective nations battle it out at Wembley.

After that, Kumbulla has a clash against Andorra to prepare for, while England will be facing San Marino.

Amadou Diawara (Guinea) and Nicola Zalewski (Poland) will both also be in action on Thursday, with subsequent matches on Monday to prepare for.

Finally, Ebrima Darboe (Gambia) and Eldor Shomurodov (Uzbekistan) are in friendly action over the coming week.

Edoardo Bove (Italy U-20) has also been called up for two matches over the next five days for the youth side.
