This season's Coppa Italia final between Roma Women and AC Milan will be open to the public.

Sunday's game, which takes place at the Mapei Stadium in Reggio Emilia, is scheduled to get underway at 20:30 CEST.

Organisers confirmed over the weekend that a total of 4,300 fans will be allowed into the ground for the game - the first time the Giallorosse have ever played in the showpiece match.

    - Being in possession of a certificate showing the holder has recovered from Covid-19 (within the last six months)

For those wanting to attend the game, as well as carrying with them one of the three forms of evidence to earn entrance to the ground, they should all complete the form below.
