Bartoli and Giugliano named in Best XI from last season

The duo were recognised at the Gran Galà del Calcio, the annual event held by the AIC (Italian Players' Association) to recognise the best performers from the previous campaign.

"Last season was a great one, an intriguing one up until the pandemic changed everything. This year we've picked things up again, albeit perhaps not in exactly the same way, but the main thing is we are going again - for ourselves and for women's football as a whole."

Roma Women are next in action on Saturday, as they face Inter Milan at Stadio Tre Fontane.
