The Italy international was recognised by newspaper Tuttosport as the best player under the age of 21 in the nation, as part of their annual 'Golden Boy' awards ceremony.
"It's a huge honour to receive this award, I'm proud and emotional," Greggi said.
"I want to thank all the coaching staff and my club for helping me to win this award."
In 2019 Greggi made her debut for the full Italy side, also scoring her first goal.
She has been a key part of the Roma side since its inception at the start of the 2018-19 season.
"The aim this season is definitely to qualify for the Champions League, we'll give everything to try and achieve that," Greggi added.
"The standard of women's football is growing rapidly, but we know there is still a long way to go. At Roma I am playing alongside some great players with a lot of experience - they are examples for me."
