International: Giugliano scores as Greggi makes debut

Manuela Giugliano was on the scoresheet as Italy continued their 100% record in Euro 2021 qualification with a 2-0 win over Bosnia & Herzegovina on Tuesday.

After Cristiana Girelli opened the scoring early on in Palermo, it was Giugliano's sharp finish midway through the second half that put the Azzurre firmly on course for a fourth straight victory in qualification.

Roma Women captain Elisa Bartoli also started the match, playing the full 90 minutes.

In the second half, Roma midfielder Giada Greggi came on for her full international debut.

"I dedicated this goal to Pipa [Roma Women goalkeeper Rosalia Pipitone], who sent me a beautiful good luck message before the game," Giugliano said afterwards.

"I promised I would dedicate my goal to her if I scored."
