This week the Giallorossi passed another significant milestone on social media - as the official Roma Instagram account crossed the two million follower mark.
@OfficialASRoma passed the landmark on Wednesday afternoon – less than 18 months of reaching the one million follower mark, and just over four years since publishing a first post on the platform on the opening day of pre-season training in 2014.
Since then, we’ve published over 5,500 photos and videos taking you behind the scenes at the club and celebrating Giallorossi history - along with countless clips on Instagram stories.
Every piece of content is designed to bring followers closer to the team – on and off the pitch – and give fans an extra insight into how the club functions and what the players do, both on matchdays and during the week.
To celebrate the landmark, forward Stephan El Shaarawy recorded a special message for fans.
