Wojciech Szczesny has been confirmed in Poland's 23-man squad for Euro 2016

The 26-year-old goalkeeper, who spent the 2015-16 season at Roma on loan from Arsenal, was included in the final list released by head coach Adam Nawalka on Tuesday.

“Poland v Germany at Euro 2016. Looking forward to playing against Antonio Rudiger again!” was Szczesny's reaction on Instagram following the group-stage draw in December.

With Germany and Poland set to face off at the Stade de France on 16 June, Wojciech could now get his wish as both players have been named in their respective national teams' squads for this summer's showpiece.

Ukraine and Northern Ireland are the other teams in Group C.
