Vainqueur joins Olympique Marseille

The 27-year-old joins the Ligue 1 side on loan until 30 June 2017.

Vainqueur joined Roma in 2015 from Dinamo Moscow, making his debut in September of that year during the 5-1 win over Carpi in Serie A.

In total the Frenchman made 21 appearances for the Giallorossi during his time at the club: 16 in Serie A, 1 in the Coppa Italia and four in the Champions League.

His last appearance in a competitive game for the club came at the Santiago Bernabeu in March 2016, when he replaced Miralem Pjanic during the closing stages of the Champions League encounter.
