The Giallorossi came away with all three points in a hard-fought Derby della Capitale on Sunday afternoon. Neither side could grab the upper hand in first 45 minutes, but Roma came out of the half a different side, pressing Lazio all over the pitch. Kevin Strootman was rewarded for his hard work with the opening goal, then Radja Nainggolan added a second from long range shortly after to put the game to bed.
