What did you make of the game today?
“I'm happy because I think we played well. We kept hold of the ball well and scored two goals. It's the ideal preparation for our cup match on Tuesday.”
Is it a big ask for you to turn things around against Lazio?
“It is, yes, because the first-leg result was bitterly disappointing. We'll need to be totally on the ball and secure the result we need because it's the biggest game of the season for us – not just because it's a derby but also because there's a place in the cup final at stake.”
That was a fine save you pulled off against Guido Marilungo...
“It was a good save, yes. I'm happy when I'm able to do my bit for the team. It came at a key moment too because it was still only 1-0 at the time. It's what I'm paid to do and I just need to keep on doing it.”
Where will you need to improve against Lazio?
“I think we've been playing fairly well recently. If we perform as well as we have in the last three or four games, we can beat Lazio. We must get ourselves ready and put everything we've got into winning this game. I think we'll have the Curva Sud behind us us too and they can help drive us on to the final.”
