Dzeko finds net in 19 Serie A games, more than any other player

Edin Dzeko’s strike against Atalanta on Saturday saw him stay level with Andrea Belotti at the top of the Serie A goalscoring charts on 25 goals.

It also meant that Dzeko has scored in more Serie A games than any other player this season, with the Bosnian finding the back of the net in 19 different matches.

The record underlines the consistency the Bosnian has shown in front of goal this season, with Dzeko edging out Torino's Belotti, whose 25 goals have come in 17 different games, Gonzalo Higuain of Juventus, who has struck 23 times in 16 different matches, and Ciro Immobile (Lazio), who has scored 18 goals in 15 different games.
