Uber become Roma's Mobility Innovation Partner

The agreement with the app, which begins immediately, includes numerous activities and initiatives for the current season – and will allow supporters to get to and from the Stadio Olimpico quicker and easier than ever before.

Fans going to the Olimpico can hail a ride with Uber and travel in comfort. After games, in order to ease the traffic flow around the stadium, the app will clearly indicate the closest Uber pick-up locations, including the fast-track area in Viale dei Gladiatori, to help avoid congestion.

From today until the end of the 2017-18 season, supporters who use the promo code ‘FORZAROMA’ will get a special 20% discount on all Uber rides to and from the stadium on home matchdays.

The partnership will also make it easier for tourists visiting the capital to also take in the experience of a Serie A match. When opening the Uber app, special cards will advertise Roma matches taking place, and provide a link to the club’s ticket office.

These are just the first in a series of initiatives from the club, aimed at improving accessibility and enjoyment for games at the Stadio Olimpico.
