Primavera 2-1 Napoli: Under-19s reach cup semi-finals!

Federico Guidi’s side had goals from Giacomo Faticanti and Niccolo Pisilli to thank at Stadio Tre Fontane, with Napoli’s brief equaliser coming through Bilel Sahli.

A fiery ending to the contest saw both Jordan Majchrzak and Nosegbe Susko given their matching orders, as tempers threatened to flare.

"We needed this result," Guidi said afterwards. "The lads wanted to bounce back after recent setbacks.

"They wanted to get a positive result. We've moved onto the semi-finals, beating a side who have been doing well and who put out Juventus.

"The boys deserve a lot of praise - but now we need to reset quickly and focus on the next game."
